Rob Bath

Director
Rob has over 20 years of Executive experience across the Energy, Power and Digital Infrastructure sectors. His extensive career includes serving on several Data Centre Advisory Boards, having previously led Engineering, Energy and Network teams for major global Data Centre Owner/Operators. Rob’s current focus involves the development of energy and digital infrastructure investments across the globe.

Jaco Alberts

Technical Director
Jaco has over 30 years of experience as a seasoned Electrical and Electronic Engineer. His portfolio encompasses all stages of project delivery from concept through to handover, and spans a diverse range of sectors including Regional and City Master Planning, Power Engineering, Grid Connections, Renewable Energy Grid Integration, Building Services, Industrial Automation and Control, and Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, among others. Recently, he has specialised in high and extra high voltage power connections for data centres across EMEA and APAC.

Chris Holmes

Technical Director
Chris has over 10 years of experience in the Power and Energy sector, with deep expertise in Power System Engineering. His career began with a solid foundation in the technical aspects of power systems and has evolved to encompass the complexities of the entire UK and European Power landscape. Chris is responsible for managing power availability, regulations and grid connections from inception through to energisation.

Naleem Cader

Associate Director
Naleem has over 13 years of experience in the design and delivery of complex and innovative Electrical Systems across various sectors, including Data Centres, Manufacturing, Production Facilities and Life Sciences. As a Chartered Engineer, Naleem has predominantly worked within the Data Centre/Mission Critical field across multiple local and international locations.

Seddik has over 10 years of experience in data centre design and cooling technologies across EMEA. As a Mechanical Engineer SME, Seddik specialises in optimising mechanical systems for high-density IT environments.

Amy Hillas

Senior Associate
Amy has over 10 years of experience in the Data Centre industry, where she leads complex optical fibre infrastructure projects. Her expertise lies in developing and refining solutions across a range of requirements for customers and partners.

Anthony Mundy-Castle

Senior Associate
Anthony has over 16 years of experience in Power Engineering, demonstrating a proven track record in managing projects from concept through to commissioning and handover within transmission and distribution environments.

Jonathan Hill

Jonathan has over 9 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors, establishing a proven track record for managing hi-tech, mission-critical projects from inception through to completion.

Alma has over 5 years of experience in sustainability, specialising in Life Cycle Assessment, quantifying environmental impacts throughout the lifecycle of a product, project or organisation.

Veera has over 12 years of expertise in Power Transmission and Distribution Systems, focusing on FEED design and detailed engineering for AIS, GIS, and MTS and data centre substations across the UK and APAC regions.
